Service Agreement

These terms govern your use of Crisp Ceremonies' wedding and event planning services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts. Late payments may incur fees. Final payment is due 30 days before event date unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

More than 6 months: 50% refund of payments made
3-6 months: 25% refund of payments made
Less than 3 months: No refund, payment plan may continue
Vendor deposits are non-refundable

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Event designs and planning materials remain our intellectual property. Clients may use for their event but not reproduce for commercial purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
